Airone for industry
We produce tuna loins to meet the needs of canning industries. Loins are big pre-cooked tuna fillets, cleaned by hand where they are caught, packaged and then immediately frozen. These fillets therefore arrive directly at the processing and canning site in the best conditions possible. We make our loins from yellowfin, skipjack and bigeye species in 7-8 kg packs.
